7-Day Return Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return
1 Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The return request is initiated within 7 days of delivery
- The item is unused and in the same condition as received
- The item is in its original packaging with all tags attached
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase
- The item is not listed in our non-returnable categories (see below)

3 Return Process
Initiate Return
Log into your account, go to "My Orders" and select the order you wish to return. Click on "Return Item" and fill out the return form.
Approval
Our team will review your return request within 24-48 hours and approve it if it meets our return criteria.
Pickup
Once approved, our logistics partner will schedule a pickup. Please pack the item securely in its original packaging.
Inspection
After receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions.
Refund
Once approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
4 Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. Your refund will be processed as follows:
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5-7 business days after return approval
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- For COD orders, refund will be processed to your bank account
Refund Timeline
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
5 Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon delivery. Take clear photos of the damaged product and packaging, and share them with our support team. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Please report damaged items within 48 hours of delivery.
6 Exchange Policy
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, please return the original item and place a new order. The return will be processed according to our standard return policy above.
