2 Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Processing time includes:

Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

5 Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can also track your order by logging into your ShopLove account and visiting the My Orders section. Tracking information is typically updated within 24-48 hours after shipment.
6 Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partners will attempt delivery:
- Up to 3 delivery attempts will be made
- Contact number provided must be reachable
- If delivery fails after 3 attempts, the order may be returned to the seller
- Additional delivery charges may apply for re-shipment
7 Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will investigate the issue and provide appropriate resolution, which may include replacement or refund.
